Q. How early should I arrive for my treatment?

A. Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to check-in time. We want to be able to treat you to our complimentary services - if you arrive late we may not have time to treat you with them. Your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time. If our full schedule at the Wisteria SalonSpa prevents us from rescheduling, then your treatment time will "start" as previously scheduled. Please call us if you need to cancel. Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Q. Are there any concerns I should have about

* Pregnancy Allergies
* Menstrual Cycle
* Recent Surgeries
* Mobility Impairments
* Physical Ailments/Medical Concerns

A. If you have any of these concerns, you should consult your physician before visiting our Salon Spa. Pregnancy: You may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and hydrotherapy treatments involving heat. Please inform our receptionists upon scheduling your appointments that you are pregnant so that we may provide pregnancy pillows for your comfort.

Q. Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatments?

A. That is your option and we will provide you with disposable undergarments if you would like, however, keep in mind our staff is trained to appropriately drape you with towels and sheet for privacy and comfort.

Q. Can I ask my service provider to make adjustments for my comfort?

A. Absolutely. This is your treatment. Communicate with the staff regarding room temperature, pressure technique, etc..
We value your feedback. In addition at the time of booking your appointment, discuss with the receptionist your preferences for gentle, moderate, or deep massage.

Q. Can I find out what products are being used for my treatment?

A. Your service provider will provide you with a list of the wonderful Aveda products used in your treatment. Please feel free to ask your service provider if you have any questions about the Aveda products.

General Salon Spa Information

Spa guests must be at least 16 years of age. Guests under 16 may have treatments if accompanied by a parent or a waiver signed by the parent.

Alcohol beverages are not permitted in the Salon Spa. It is recommended that you refrain from consuming alcohol within eight hours of your treatment.

No smoking is permitted on the premises. Please turn off all pagers and cell phones.

Credit card numbers are required to reserve appointments for treatments of 3 or more.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: Cancellations must be made no less than four (4) hours prior to spa treatments or 50% of treatment costs will be charged. No shows will be charged 100% of the cost.

Gift Certificates are available.

Gratuity is not included in the prices.
