Cell Phones, Pagers, and Tranquility

Please turn off your cell phones and pagers prior to arrival. Be mindful of other guest's space. While we welcome quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking. Many guests savor a much needed private moment.

Children

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all our guests. We request children be brought into the salon only when they have an appointment. For everyone's comfort and privacy no children under 16 are allowed in the spa. Please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the experience without your little ones.

Cancellation

Please notify Wisteria (24) hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. After (2) No Shows or short notice cancellations, we will accept your next appointment with prepayment.

Gratuities

In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.

Deposits

We ask for a 50% deposit when booking three or more services or with groups of three or more persons.

What to Wear

Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Wisteria is fully equipped to satisfy the needs of all our guests. Your privacy is protected at all times.

After Treatments

Please be sure to drink plenty of water after your treatments to replenish your body's natural balance.

Health Problems and Comfort Level

Please notify your Wisteria Lifestylist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, or any other physical ailments, illnesses, or disabilities.

Heat treatments are not recommended for pregnant women and guests with heart conditions or high blood pressure.

Foot or Nail conditions

To ensure the health and safety of all the guests and our team, if you are experiencing any foot or nail conditions please seek medical care before scheduling your nail appointments. Wisteria reserves the right to deny services for the protection of our guests and team members.
